Yes. You will need ensure that the Pebble dashed wall is stable & secure. This can be done by knocking the wall with a hammer. Loose Pebbles should be removed and areas that are crumbling will need to be to be stripped.
If staining occurs, a light warm power wash with a suitable detergent can be used. Care must be taken, especially with the power of the jet-wash.
If a change of colour is required, K Rend is suitable for painting.
Ideally, you should wait around 28 days and make sure your Render is fully dry before painting.
